Femmi began her career at the age of 16 within the Hob salon group where she was lucky enough be trained by under two hair industry icons; Issie Churcher and the much loved, late Sean Nolan. Thrown straight into an assisting role for their shoots and seminars gave Femmi an instant fascination into the world of colour and hair transformations.

Within a few years she achieved the much sought after title of Master Colour Expert for Wella and took on the role of training the new salon apprentices in the art of colour.

Femmi is warm, welcoming and informative, taking immense pride in her detailed consultations which cover lifestyle, skin tone, eye colour and personal style. She adores the journey of creating the very best personalised colour for each individual and the resulting “power of a hair transformation”.

Marcus is one of England's leading colour artists, known for his refined balayages, seamless blonding techniques and a modern, editorial approach to colour. With over two decades of experience and ten years teaching advanced colour internationally, his work reflects precision, artistry and elevated craftsmanship.

A multiple British Hairdressing Awards finalist and recipient of the highly coveted Colour World "Innovative Colour Genius” award Marcus has influenced colourists worldwide through his global education and creative direction. Highly skilled in tailoring his formulas with precision and artistry he is known for the creation of luminous blondes, rich brunettes, expressive coppers as well as more directional, editorial palettes.

With over 20 years of expertise, Stuart is an acclaimed specialist across major international colour houses including L'Oréal, Wella and Davines. Having graduated from the prestigious Davines International Genius programme, he is now one of only a handful of elite colourists globally with deep mastery in colour pigment chemistry, bespoke formulation and precision application techniques.

As our Lead Colour Educator and Creative Colour Director, Stuart applies this rare technical knowledge to tailor every bespoke salon appointment precisely to individual client needs. He is celebrated as one of the finest hair colourists across London and the UK for luxury balayage, creative colour and epic colour transformations. Furthermore, Stuart is an exceptional master of both traditional and modern perming techniques, expertly reviving a lost art form for clients seeking effortless movement and texture.

Holding our ultimate position of International Artist Natalia is an exceptional talent; drawing all her knowledge from the latest techniques from around the word she brings her signature, multi-dimensional colour to Taylor Taylor London.

Natalia’s talent with colour has already reached almost legendary status and with a fiercely dedicated following her waiting list is often 3 months in advance.

Her hairdressing career began in Poland at the slightly older age of 24 but within a year of finishing her apprenticeship she co - founded her own salon and was appointed a much sought after position as a Davines Colour Ambassador.
Never one to rest on her existing achievements she decided to move to London in 2015 where she joined the Taylor Taylor London team at Liberty and developed her skills even further by training with and working alongside the industry’s leading academies in both Europe and Australia.

Natalia has a truly exceptional understanding of the detailed mechanics and technicalities behind the cutting, structure and shape of every hairstyle and is already recognised as one of the leading colourists in the Uk. Specialising in lived-in hair alongside her signature “future proof colours” Natalia’s seamless blends are often finished with bespoke beachy waves which regularly feed Instagram stories all over the world.

Federico is at the heart of the Taylor Taylor London team and is one of our most experienced and respected hairdressers. With over 20 years in hairdressing he has been educated and trained at some of the world’s most respected academies and salons. Hair great's such as Eugene Souleiman, James Rowe, Mark Hampton and Martin Cullen call upon Federico’s talent to assist during some of International Fashion Week’s most coveted shows - ACNE, Yohji Yamamoto, Vivienne Westwood, Marni, JW Anderson and Gareth Pugh amongst many others.

When not in the salon his independent work for campaigns and editorials encompasses assignments for Matthew Williamson, Volt Café and The Financial Times. On salon appointments Federico is known for his undivided attention to detail; whether it be colour, cutting or styling he will help to develop a personalised hair experience just for you. Federico is also the Floor Manager in our Flagship Salon and is instrumental in ensuring the standards of all the stylists and colourists at Taylor Taylor meet his exceptionally high requirements.

We snapped up Jordan as soon as we realised he wanted to move his career to London from his original home in Bournemouth. Hard working, committed and passionate he is an incredibly well rounded young stylist and colourist who already has extensive training and experience under his belt.

In his previous salon Jordan had built a fully booked column of loyal clients who came to him for his attention to service and his ability to use his knowledge of both cutting and colouring to create hair that is wearable and specific to each individual.

Jordan is as comfortable in precision cutting as he is in free hand balayage but his particular passion is creating that elusive, natural and seamless ‘un-done’ look, which is as effortless as possible for the client and can be perfectly re-created at home as well as in the salon.

Lily has over 15 years’ experience as a professional hairdresser in 3 award winning hair salons across Australia and the Uk.

With her experience in Australia and Cornwall it’s only natural that Lily would be one of our key experts in balayage and blonde colouring techniques, creating seamless natural colours from even the most challenging hair types. She is particularly skilled in bringing out the very best in a long hair cut; whether giving it more shape and bounce or creating that more textured ‘lived in’ look.

Passionate about staying up to date with trends and techniques Lily has a great eye for detail and an attentive, calm manner making her clients feel incredibly comfortable in her chair.

She also attended Whittemore House course run by ones of the New York's leading colourists Larry Raspanti and Victoria Hunter where she learnt hair painting techniques.

Named by Grazia UK as the number one colourist for balayage in the UK in 2025, Younes has risen rapidly in the world of hairdressing. He first discovered his passion at 16 after a career-ending gymnastics injury meant he had to rapidly transfer the discipline and dedication he’d gained in the gym into a totally new career. His natural artistry and strong work ethic soon set him apart, marking the beginning of an exceptional career.

Younes has his heart firmly based in London so having his hairdressing home at Taylor Taylor London felt like a natural fit. Exceptionally talented Younes has a pride in working hand in hand with his clients to create a hair journey that is best explained in his own words………..”Hairdressing to me is a journey rather than a destination; together with my clients I create a style that balances their hair “dreams” with results that are both achievable and will leave the hair in the best possible health. Being responsible for the entire look whether it be customised hair extensions, cutting or colouring is my absolute passion and the instant changes that I see within my clients after a hair transformation is a real privilege”.

Fay is one of our fresh new talents on the salon floor, although this does feel slightly unjust as she has studied and worked for 6 years to achieve her well earned title as a Stylist for Taylor Taylor London.

From a very young age Fay was fascinated by her aunt who was a popular hairdresser in Thailand and as a result she always knew she wanted to follow in her footsteps.

Fay came to London and joined the junior team at Taylor Taylor London where we were immediately impressed by her dedication, her work ethic and her positive outlook. During her time with us she has studied at our in-house hairdressing academy, completed her own hair and beauty college course, assisted on many shoots and shows in her spare time and also achieved her NVQ Level 3 in hairdressing.

Fay’s passion for hairdressing is evident; she listens carefully, takes her time to make each client feel comfortable but is also honest about what is suitable for each person. She takes her work very seriously and finds her inspiration from all areas of art, beauty and fashion so don’t worry, she still likes to have fun.

Passionate and elegant Aude is an instinctive and natural hairstylist specializing in all aspects of cutting and styling. Trained in Paris and inspired by fashion and beauty she worked on the world famous Rue Saint-Honoré in Paris for 4 years before moving to London to spend 2 years at the award winning Hob salon and Academy in Camden.

With over 12 years experience and with a passion for session and show work she is a regular at both the men’s and women’s catwalks in Paris and London bringing back the latest hair and fashion trends into the salon at Liberty. Having worked with fashion icons as varied as Roland Mouret, Pam Hogg and Joshua Kane she has an exceptional eye for style which she combines with a real warmth and of course her natural French flair.

Aude is passionate about client care which she couples with a strong personal aesthetic and an innovative approach; her aim is to always deliver creative hairstyling services of the highest quality.

In her own words Claire “loves to tell a story with the hair that I create and making people feel confident is what keeps me motivated”.

Claire's natural talent for cutting and styling hair alongside her boundless amounts of energy and love ensures that everyone who sits in her chair is immediately at ease in the salon. Her ability to listen and understand each of her clients needs helps her  to focus on those areas where care and advice is needed. Her passion for salon work lies in transformative restyles and the challenge of curly and men’s hair.

Outside the salon she is recognised for her contribution to both the commercial and editorial world of hairdressing and with 13 years under her belt you will have seen her work across all the media and fashion channels. From British Vogue and London Fashion Week to countless X factor episodes and even styling in the extreme conditions of The Jump!

Claire has also undergone McMillan training and combined with her skill at cutting wigs this has enabled her to fully support clients throughout the stages of chemotherapy.

And if all that wasn’t enough she is also fluent in Spanish too.

Born and trained in France, Fanny completed her apprenticeship in Lille under one of the city’s most celebrated stylists, before moving to Paris to refine her signature style - glamorous, modern and elegantly French. She later relocated to London to master her precision cutting techniques by assisting the renowned Japanese stylist Massato in Chelsea.

Drawn to the creative energy and exceptional standards at Taylor Taylor London, we are delighted that Fanny joined our Liberty salon team and is known for creating personalised, flattering hairstyles that blend a clean shape with soft, natural textures.

In her own words, “I love working with hair in it’s natural state and by using visual cutting I make every detail - the movement, the fall, the cowlick - feel beautifully individual.”

Ryan has over twenty years experience in hairdressing, he splits his time between salon and fashion shows and editorial shoots working with some of the biggest names in the fashion industry.

Under the guidance of hairdressing big hitters like Sam Mcknight, Syd Hayes and Shon, Ryan has worked with designers such as Chanel, Fendi, Tom Ford, Vivienne Westwood, Matty Bovan, Balmain, Juun J, Burberry, and many more.

He loves taking care of clients in the salon just as much as he does working with household name models, and has a keen eye for detail and always looks for beautiful, wearable looks for his loyal clientele.

Louis is positively infectious with his passion about every aspect of hairdressing and since he landed his first role at the age of 16 his career has been a whirlwind.

His motto is quite simply to….. “Never stop learning” and with his talent and natural drive we have already lost count of his multiple industry awards. From men’s cutting through to afro colouring, giants such as L’Oreal, Wella and Toni & Guy have regularly acknowledged his work.

Always pushing the boundaries he is a highly regarded international educator in all cutting styles and has launched new concepts with global giants such as Formula 1 where he created the beauty pit-stop for their VIP clients whilst they toured the circuits.

Louis loves the excitement of innovation and expression through hair and outside the salon is also a passionate session stylist, leading his own shows at London Fashion week or shooting front covers for the likes of Elle, Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Grazia or Harpers.

We are delighted that Louis has chosen to be part of our salon team where he is able to pursue his ambition to be the Best Hairdresser In The Business; we believe he is well on his way.

Silje (pronounced Celia) has been in the hairdressing industry for over 24 years with the last 21 spent in London working for another major hairdressing brand where she was a principle member of their acclaimed International Artistic Team. Teaching at both ends of the spectrum she trained both the new, rising talents in the industry as well as longer established hair stylists. Travelling extensively across Europe Silje also headed up the hair teams for many of the fashion catwalk shows as well as creating commercial window campaigns alongside more editorial features for printed publications.

With much of her salon career spent around Kensington and Chelsea she has the golden touch in creating that lasting blow dry and with her ability to work with the natural texture and movement of the hair she has developed a fiercely loyal clientele.

Salon work is very much her first love and her passion for both hair and exceptional customer service can be summed up in her own words ..” To see how a new haircut or blow dry can change how people feel makes my day …That smile at the end of service is just priceless”.

One of select group of rising stars Giulia is a graduate of our own in-house training academy, headed up by the internationally acclaimed hairdresser Chie Sato. Perhaps the most naturally talented stylist that we have seen in a long time Giulia has flown through her training faster than any other stylist in our 21 year history and is now rapidly building a client following in our Shoreditch, Notting Hill and Soho locations.

Giulia is warm, approachable and with an eye for detail we are already calling her the “Queen of effortless chic”. We recommend that you book in with her now as we she will soon have a waiting list for her services.

Amy is one of our exciting emerging stylists, with a special hair artistry that bridges fashion, style, and precision cutting. Originally from Essex, she found her creative home in London, where the city’s energy and diversity fuel her passion for refined, expressive hairstyling.

With a background in both makeup and film, Amy brings a unique, editorial sensibility to her work by crafting silhouettes that balance timeless sophistication with a distinctly modern edge.

Her approach is defined by a deep appreciation for beauty as an art form, where every cut, texture, and finish is curated to reflect the individuality of each client. Inspired by the worlds of high fashion and fine art, Amy delivers a salon experience that is both luxurious and personal, leaving every guest feeling confident and effortlessly styled.
