Even as a child Natalia was inspired by colour and instinctively understood its creative possibilities, it was only natural that her career would lead her to become such a respected colour technician.
From a small town in Italy Natalia successfully juggled her early life as a hairdressing trainee alongside a full time education but it wasn’t long before her talent was spotted and she became part of the Italian L’Oreal professional team working backstage and with key celebrities.
In 2012 she moved to London to work with Toni + Guy as an educator in their salons and to collaborate in fashion weeks, assisting on iconic shows such as Channel and Tom Ford. Natalia is a qualified Master colour expert for both Wella and L'Oréal and has won awards in their colour trophy and Trend Vision finals.
Natalia’s clients describe her real passion for hairdressing and her ability to blend both creative and classic colour to perfectly adapt to each individual. We think that this may be helped by her inside knowledge of how people relate to the world as she works towards a psychology degree in her spare time.

Ben grew up in France and started his hairdressing career in the exclusive Alpine resorts, mixing his love of extreme sports with his passion for style.
Ben joined us with almost ten years experience - having spent the past couple of years in London refining his skills at boutique salons and on numerous courses, including those by L'Oréal, Tigi, and Toni and Guy.
Ben has a passion for precision haircuts, with particular expertise in blunt cuts, as he feels that they “bring out a strong character in people, whilst remaining très chic!”. Ben also loves working on men's fades as “It’s like drawing with pencil”, and balayage as “it’s French!”.
His work has been getting a lot of attention, and Ben recently worked on set with Storm Models. Ben is not afraid to take risks and to put his personality into his work, which produces exceptional outcomes - we are very excited to have him on the team and to see what the future will bring for his career.
We originally spotted Tom’s talent when we stole him from the North of England where he served a traditional hairdressing apprenticeship from the age of just 14. Working in his spare time while still at school under the mantle of Mark Riley he completed his advanced apprenticeship and rapidly established himself as a senior stylist in record time.
In 2012 Tom won the much coveted title of “ Project X Student of the Year” from the Fellowship for British Hairdressing . Often called the ultimate hairdressing finishing school, Project X aims to select and nurture the very best hairdressing talent in the UK with mentors such as Karine Jackson and hairdressing legend Errol Douglas MBE.
Fast forward to more recent times and Tom has been formally recognized within the hairdressing industry after winning the highly regarded “It List” title of UK Fashionista which is judged by hair icons such as Adam Reed and Luke Hersheson beauty editors from publications such as Vogue and Sunday Times Style.
“Tom was heralded by judges for having an impressive portfolio given his young age, as well as his incredible diversity. Having assisted internationally respected session stylists including Anthony Turner, Samantha Hillerby and Rudi Lewis, Tom has also racked up credits for shoots in Vogue and i-D, worked with models Jourdan Dunn and Kendall Jenner plus styled campaigns for brands such as M.A.C cosmetics”
In Tom's own words “I adore precision cutting and dressing beautiful hair which makes me a dealer in creative possibility and a trader of joy through great hair .” We couldn’t have said it better ourselves.
We snapped up Jordan as soon as we realised he wanted to move his career to London from his original home in Bournemouth. Hard working, committed and passionate he is an incredibly well rounded young stylist and colourist who already has extensive training and experience under his belt.
In his previous salon Jordan had built a fully booked column of loyal clients who came to him for his attention to service and his ability to use his knowledge of both cutting and colouring to create hair that is wearable and specific to each individual.
Jordan is as comfortable in precision cutting as he is in free hand balayage but his particular passion is creating that elusive, natural and seamless ‘un-done’ look, which is as effortless as possible for the client and can be perfectly re-created at home as well as in the salon.
