When she is not inspiring professional stylists through advanced salon education or researching the latest industry innovations, she delivers bespoke hair colour transformations ranging from subtle natural tones to bold creative colours.

As a fully certified colour analyst, Annelie also possesses unrivalled shade knowledge spanning hair, make up and clothing - we call it The Ultimate Colour Package.
And as another string to her bow Annelie is also an expert in both traditional and modern perming techniques, with the ability to create personalised texture, natural movement or classic curls for our salon clients across the capital.

Michaela has hairdressing in her genes; with both her Mum and Uncle having successful hairdressing careers she began helping them in the salons from the age of just 12. By the time she had left school she was even running her own small column of tinting and curling.

After a career diversion into the world of e-commerce Michaela realised her love had always been hairdressing and so she joined the Taylor Taylor London team in 2019 to retrain in the latest colouring techniques.

Mihaela has a skill in really listening to what each of her clients really wants to achieve and with such a genuine background in hairdressing has real attention to detail and core values of customer service.

Silvia discovered her love of colour at just 14 and has spent the last two decades perfecting her craft in London. Known for her intuitive eye, she has an effortless way of understanding what clients really want - even when they can’t quite put it into words.

Her artistry has taken her from working with celebrities to running her own intimate salon, but what sets Silvia apart is her passion in creating personalised colour and really connecting with her clients. She has a gift for understanding people - not only their hair, but also their personality and lifestyle to create looks that truly work beyond the salon chair. Many of her clients have followed her for years, drawn to her warmth, honesty and the trust that she inspires.

Silvia brings both technical brilliance and a genuinely warm approach, ensuring every appointment feels collaborative, relaxed and confidence boosting. In her own words “the heart of hairdressing is more than just great colour or style - it’s about making people feel comfortable, heard, and confident.”

I came into the world of hair a little later than most, it was something I’d always dreamed of, so at 30 I took the plunge and haven’t looked back. Helping people feel more confident, refreshed, and fabulous is what attracted me to this career and continues to inspire me every day.

I was always drawn to colour for its creativity and versatility and the way different techniques can totally transform a look. From soft, lived-in balayage to bold, statement panelling, I love working with clients to create something truly personal to them.

Having life experience behind me, I bring a real passion for people and a genuine love for what I do. My aim is to deliver not just beautiful colour, but a great overall experience too. When I’m not in the salon, you’ll find me doing yoga, exploring National Trust treasures, or soaking up nature.

With over 20 years experience cutting and colouring at leading salons across three countries Anna has become a Creative Director in colour and cutting after working at Taylor Taylor London in Shoreditch for 17 years.

With a Fierce Blonde following who enjoy the natural grow out of Anna’s blondes that are tailored specifically to every clients needs, hair and natural colouring. Annas obsession with blondes goes that one step further as she has developed a product called Wiig that tones yellow, repairs the hair and protects it from future damage. A product that keeps her blondes perfect in between salon visits is for sale at the salon and the wiig.co website.

Anna has a talent for fixing shapes in hair cuts and loves to fix problems in both cuts and colours. Booking in advance with Anna is imperative as she is in high demand with her very loyal clients.

Federico is at the heart of the Taylor Taylor London team and is one of our most experienced and respected hairdressers. With over 20 years in hairdressing he has been educated and trained at some of the world’s most respected academies and salons. Hair great's such as Eugene Souleiman, James Rowe, Mark Hampton and Martin Cullen call upon Federico’s talent to assist during some of International Fashion Week’s most coveted shows - ACNE, Yohji Yamamoto, Vivienne Westwood, Marni, JW Anderson and Gareth Pugh amongst many others.

When not in the salon his independent work for campaigns and editorials encompasses assignments for Matthew Williamson, Volt Café and The Financial Times. On salon appointments Federico is known for his undivided attention to detail; whether it be colour, cutting or styling he will help to develop a personalised hair experience just for you. Federico is also the Floor Manager in our Flagship Salon and is instrumental in ensuring the standards of all the stylists and colourists at Taylor Taylor meet his exceptionally high requirements.

Marianne’s journey started in Sweden back in 2009 where she has been trained at the renowned Milnergymnasiet in both cutting and colouring. Within just three years she went on to win Swedish Hairdresser of the Year 2012 in the Young Talent category. She specialises in both colouring and cutting with her particular passions focussing on the latest blonde colour techniques and the precision cutting of gent’s hair. During her time with Taylor Taylor London she has worked in our West London salon and also further a field in our acclaimed salon within the One & Only resort. Many of her clients discovered her talents whilst she was working out in the Maldives and still regularly fly in to see her in our Notting Hill location.

Marianne believes in the unique, natural beauty and texture of hair and continuously looks to expand her knowledge and skill base. In 2017 she successfully completed her Master Colour Programme with Wella, a certificate that only a handful of colourists ever achieve.

Hairdressing since she was 15, Sian brings a magnetic energy to the salon and along with it a unique pairing of incredible hairdressing skill alongside her natural warmth and humour.

From the moment she began to cut both her sisters (and her Barbie’s hair) Sian knew what direction her career would go and we are honoured that she has chosen Taylor Taylor London as her salon home. With a wealth of experience and a loyal clientele Sian is talented in all aspects of cutting but she also has a natural skill and intuition with curly, textured hair which brings confidence back to clients who may have struggled to find a stylist who truly understands curls.

In Sian’s own words “My love of curls runs deep - my curl mastery and ongoing learning brings real pride. I find beauty in subtle sun-kissed colour that enhances the shape of my cuts and works harmoniously with face shape and features - my favourite is the smile."

Tom is a force within the hairdressing industry and from winning Project X Student of the Year (Fellowship for British Hairdressing) to his more recent crown of UK Fashionista (Creative Head IT List) he has a natural talent that few can match.

Tom is known for his precision cutting, versatility and modern, editorial sensibility and when not in the salon his work spans high-fashion shoots, leading beauty campaigns and industry seminars where he works alongside many internationally respected session stylists generating credits from iconic publications such as Vogue, i-D as well as major global brands.

His philosophy is that hairdressing should feel considered, refined and effortless expressive so in his own words; "I adore precision cutting, colour placement and dressing beautiful hair which makes me both a dealer in creative possibility and a trader of joy through the medium of great hair”.

We snapped up Jordan as soon as we realised he wanted to move his career to London from his original home in Bournemouth. Hard working, committed and passionate he is an incredibly well rounded young stylist and colourist who already has extensive training and experience under his belt.

In his previous salon Jordan had built a fully booked column of loyal clients who came to him for his attention to service and his ability to use his knowledge of both cutting and colouring to create hair that is wearable and specific to each individual.

Jordan is as comfortable in precision cutting as he is in free hand balayage but his particular passion is creating that elusive, natural and seamless ‘un-done’ look, which is as effortless as possible for the client and can be perfectly re-created at home as well as in the salon.

Rebecca was born and raised in Ireland where she spent the first 8 years of her hairdressing career before we stole her away to join the Taylor Taylor London team.

From a very young age Rebecca realised that hairdressing would be a perfect fit for both her personality and skills as she could express her natural creativity and work with individual clients to make them feel comfortable and special in her salon chair.

Through committed salon work alongside training with the likes of Sassoon and Wella she has become that rare breed of hairdresser who is a brilliant all-rounder and seems to effortlessly turn her hand to cutting, colouring, styling and hair extensions.

Rebecca prides herself on providing that perfect customer-centric experience and with a background in fashion and make up, as well as her skill in all aspects of hairdressing we are confident that you will agree.

Antonio has over fifteen years of experience cutting and styling hair for London's top hair salon's, magazines and brand's such as, iD, Dazed and Numero to name but a few.

In his own words Simon is “Not a Hairdressers Hairdresser” but his passion for hair is immediately evident in his incredible career which led him to the finals of British Mens Hairdresser of the Year for two consecutive years, international recognition for his work on the fashion catwalk and numerous editorial pieces in magazines and commercials.

Simon is an established member of the hair teams led by Anthony Turner, Gary Gill, Duffy and Martin Cullen his work on both the mens and womens catwalk is extensive spanning collections such as Dior Homme, Rick Owens, Kenzo, Thom Browne, Erdem, Nina Ricci, Peter Pilotto, Proenza Schouler, Topshop Unique, JW Anderson, Yohji Yamamoto, Rick Owens, Ann Demeulemeester, Chris Raeburn and Versus Versace.

His commercial and editorial work is no less impressive heading his own styling team for retailers such as Zara online, ASOS and Clements & Church and publications such as Notion, Noctis and Candid whilst also assisting on the iconic magazines Love and Wonderland. With a strong relationship with modelling agencies AMCK, Next ,Body London and First Model Management Simon specialises in creating the latest mens looks for the male models and is truly passionate about all aspects of mens grooming.

Influenced by music, fashion, film, photography and current affairs Simon’s laid back style uniquely bridges the link between fashion and hair.

Mihaela fell in love with our clients and the hairdressing creativity within our salons when she started as an assistant with Taylor Taylor London back in 2009. Originally enrolled on a university degree course in her native Romania Mihaela soon realised that her passion lay in hairdressing so she moved to London and began her training.

Over the years Mihaela has become one of the most valued members of the team with an exceptionally strong work ethic and an inspiring customer service record. An expert in both our famous Brazilian Blow Out service and precision hair cutting. Having worked within all three of our London hair salons she has personally looked after many of our high profile celebrities such as Lewis Hamilton, Greg Rutherford, members of the Game of Thrones cast, Pixie Lott and Rebel Wilson as well as assisting our Art Directors on their photographic assignments.

In her own words Mihaela believes that, “Hairdressing is not simply about a cut or a colour but about creating something beautiful for each individual and using the richest accessory that you have to your best advantage."

Pranee may be petite in stature but she has a monumental work ethic and inspiring customer service record. Originally starting with us as a hairdressing assistant Pranee has been a key member of the Taylor Taylor team for nearly ten years now and knows the salons better than anyone else.

Working her way up through the business and training under the watchful eye of our Education Managers has given Pranee a unique understanding of our clients and she has already established a firm following in the salon.. Known for her game changing Brazilian Blowdries and Yuko permanent straightening Pranee has a gentle and relaxing manner and is comfortable creating a highly technical cut on short hair through to a full Hollywood blowdry on full length locks.

One of select group of rising stars Giulia is a graduate of our own in-house training academy, headed up by the internationally acclaimed hairdresser Chie Sato. Perhaps the most naturally talented stylist that we have seen in a long time Giulia has flown through her training faster than any other stylist in our 21 year history and is now rapidly building a client following in our Shoreditch, Notting Hill and Soho locations.

Giulia is warm, approachable and with an eye for detail we are already calling her the “Queen of effortless chic”. We recommend that you book in with her now as we she will soon have a waiting list for her services.

Lynne is a promising hairdresser and an expert in braiding. She is a perfectionist at her craft and has been extremely passionate about hairdressing since she can remember experimenting on friends, family members and herself early in life.

Her training began at a hair college where she was accredited an NVQ in Hairdressing. She has won various competitions and was able to showcase her abilities, before moving on to assist on photoshoots, music videos and fashion shows where she gained attention for her talent.

Since being at Taylor Taylor Lynne has developed through the ranks to be one of the most polished stylists we have. With a prodigious work ethic and sharp skills, she has graduated onto the salon floor. Still in the early stages of her career she continues to find new ways to express her creative personality through hair with unique styles and designs. All while keeping a smile on the clients face.

Amy is one of our exciting emerging stylists, with a special hair artistry that bridges fashion, style, and precision cutting. Originally from Essex, she found her creative home in London, where the city’s energy and diversity fuel her passion for refined, expressive hairstyling.

With a background in both makeup and film, Amy brings a unique, editorial sensibility to her work by crafting silhouettes that balance timeless sophistication with a distinctly modern edge.

Her approach is defined by a deep appreciation for beauty as an art form, where every cut, texture, and finish is curated to reflect the individuality of each client. Inspired by the worlds of high fashion and fine art, Amy delivers a salon experience that is both luxurious and personal, leaving every guest feeling confident and effortlessly styled.
